See those three guys at the counter? That’s Ilir Sela’s uncle, grandfather, and father. Ilir grew up in his family’s pizzerias, watching their shop — and others like it — compete against chains with bigger budgets, marketing power, and franchise support. In 2010, he started a business with a simple idea: what if independent pizza shops worked together instead of alone?
